What shipping methods are availbale?
Currently we have only one shipping method available. We offer free shipping to all our products in Italy and Spain. And in other countries we offer shipping facilities at affordable prices.
How long will it take to get my package?
We arrange shipment every day at 10 AM and 4 PM and product delivery take 5-7 days.
Do you ship internationally?
From the store suilong.eu, we only ship all over europe. we have other stores for other regions.

Do you have EMI (monthly installment) system?
Right now, we don't have EMI system, But we will have it soon.
Can I get Japanese store's product from Europe, USA, Canada or UK?
No, you can't. You can only buy product from you regional store.
Do you have any warranty on mattress?
Yes, Our mattress has 10 years warranty.
Can we return the product if there are any issues?
Yes, we have 100-day return policy. you can return the product anytime in 100 day.
If we return the product, do we need to pay the shipping fee?
If you return the product for no reason then you must have to pay the shipping fee. But If you need to return the product for product defects then you won't have to pay the shipping fee.
